McCloud Visit w/ Chris & Ada and the Folks
Well I finally made it up to see Chris and Ada in their wilderness wonderland. For an added bonus Mom and Dad were there too. We did some fishing and got some bites (and I don't mean mosquito but we got plenty of those too) but, because the regulations call for a single unbarbed hook, we couldn't land em. We played some scrabble and had some great food to eat.

Dangers of the McCloud
We also saw four rattle snakes and lots of poison oak!

goood visit
It was really great to have Mike and Mom and Dad down to the new digs and spend some time along the McCloud. The weather was hot (90s for highs) and the fish were off the bite. We managed to eat about 1/4 of the food that everyone brought in, even eating well and often. I channeled the Delmer character from "Oh Brother....." in that one picture. Good pics Mike, glad you didn't post any showing my skills with the fly rod. (I'm pretty hapless).
