Katie and I went down to Rocky point near Dunsburough on Saturday for a surf, a long way to go, but I had to try out my new board. The tension has been building -I finally got it a couple of weeks ago and the swell (of course) promplty died off. The board works great - apparently I made it thru this section!

that looks like so much fun.
i'd be a little bit scared of surfing at a place called rocky point, especially with a new board.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing! A bit like taking your new skis down Stone Grinder. Do you have a leash on a long board?
