Our car was stolen from the garage a few weeks ago and the cops found it a week later in a filed north of slat lake. it appears that the kid that stole it didn't like it too much or got it stuck in the field during his escapade of doughnuts and mud slinging. Well, suffice it to say that the car was not totaled and it will get rebuilt. Too bad, I was really hoping for a practical car to replace it.
a word to the family about car safety. don't keep the keys in the car, even in the garage. don't leave the garage door opener in the outside car. add double-don't leave the keys to the car inside the garage in the outside car with the opener.
