Buderim
Thought we would show a few pictures of our place at Buderim which we bought off Bill and Phyl. The soil grows anything and we have a great view. 10 mins to surf.

Re: Buderim
Those look like nice eggplants. How is the oil around those parts?
Re: Buderim
The oil is good, we found a great recipe for eggplant parmagian, or somehting, where your grill the oiled sliced egplant a bit on the barbie, slap on some pesto and parmesan, reassemble the eggplant layers, bake, and then serve with tomato sauce (cherry tomatoes are great for this) and more parmesan.

Noice!
Great place you two,,,what a view.
A portobello mushroom layer from the grill works good in that recipe too. More cheese, people don't get enough cheese, cheese actually and demonstrably rules. (good cheese please).
