Jordan's Soccer Team

Jordan's soccer team recently competed for the state cup. They won their game in the semi's on Saturday by penalty kicks (5-4) following 110 minutes of regulation and overtime. We lost Sunday 2-1 with an unfortunate own goal scored with about 5 minutes left in regulation. Now it's on to football!

Incredibly great result on the soccer Jordan, well done! Reading between the lines you guys must have been in the final. Too bad about the own goal - at least in football if you lose you still get to hit the guys on the other team...... I haven't heard how the US did in the recent pre-world cup in Sth Africa, most of the media is on Brazil and Italy. World cup fever is starting here since Australia qualified for the world cup recently, coming top of the Asia qualifiying group. Hope you got a goal out of that 5-4 goal fest!

I hear the USA is in the final of the Fed. Cup in Sth Africa, playing Brazil, should be a good game, probably on this weekend.

just heard USA leading Brazil 2-0 at halftime
