On the saturday night after Thanksgiving we were able to pull up the play-by-play of the Indianna State Highschool Championship on our computer. Carmel played Warren Central, the champion several times in the last years. Last year Carmel lost the championship in a close game. This one proved to be equally close! Warren Central won in overtime. Sad! At least it wasn't for any lack of kicking talent! Jordan made all his kicks with lots of room to spare!
Dave came for dinner and to watch - the ladies were up at Snowbird.
At the same time as the Carmel game the Utah-BYU game was on, played in Provo. Utah lost in overtime!
We did well with the scotch and left over Thanksgiving wine! No joy in Mudville that night!

Darn! Too bad about the scoreline but incredible to be in the finals. Sounds like it was a great game, I have been wondering how Carmel were doing. Great job this season Jordan.

Carrie is getting a DVD of the game. I think we should be able to round up one of the 2008 game as well. If we are feeling tough we can watch them at Xmas. We haven't listend to or seen the telecast so that will be interesting.
