Visiting New Zealanders

The weekend before Memorial Day we received a call from Steven Richards who was in Casper with his wife and another couple that lived on the next station up the Rikaia. Could they stop in to see us? Sure! They arrived and stayed three nights. We had our family over and celebrated! It snowed, 6 inches in the front yard. They toured the SLC area and caught up on emails and laundry. A lot of talk about the Medbury days and The Point.
We met Jock and Rosemary Braithwaite in Montecello Memorial Day weekend for three nights. We toured the Moab area parks, and did the "cocktails at the overlook" thing, saw Newspaper Rock, and ate ribs and Mexican! They then proceeded to CO, NMx,
Mexico City, and Cuba.
On June 3rd Brian and Bea Stokes arrived for a 5 day visit. We did the SLC tour and went to Moab for two nights, and yes, overlook cocktails, Mexican, ribs, and Newspaper Rock! And a big dinner here with the SLC family.
It was great to have a chance to host and entertain good friends that have always and many times welcomed us and our family into their houses.

I didn't put a "cocktails at the overlook" picture up, so here it is!
