Frost with Becky's Icing: (Dorothy Babcock recipie)

4 Cups cofectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
1/4 Cup butter
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter

Sift sugar, add butter, cut and work like pastry.
When it looks like corn meal add 2 unbeaten egg whites
and other ingredients.
The more you beat the better.

Color portions and decorate (butter cookies and gingerbread) with a decorator tube.

We usually make 1 1/2 recipies. Surplus frosting is good on graham crackers!
