Almond Crescents

2 Cups ground almonds (We us our small coffee bean grinder.)
1 Cup powdered sugar
4 Cups flour
1 pound butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
Cream butter, sugar, and salt.
Add almonds and vanilla.
Blend in flour slowly.
Make into crescents.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-18 minutes.
(Time baking minutes to point where tips start to brown.
this or a minute or so less is the right time!)
Cool for a minute or so then dust with powdered sugar (we us a sifter for this).
