4 1/2 Cups sugar
1/3 pounds butter
1 Can Pet milk (unsweetened condensed milk, aboout 16 oz.,
like you would put in your coffee.)

Mix together well.
Cook over medium heat, stiring constantly.
When it comes to a rolling boil, cook for 6 minutes.

Take off fire and add
3 Cups (3 packages) Hershey Chocolate Chips,
8 Oz. jar Marshmellow Creme.

Stir constantly.
Add vanilla.
Add nuts as desired.
