Emma's Great Western Adventure

When Emma returned from the canoe trip we went camping at Wrigley Reservoir above Ferron. Back home, we had an evening out at Dave's cabin with Michaela and Max, and Jason's family. Then we took a week at Avon, Colorado, by the Beaver Creek ski area, drove around that part of Colorado which included Vail and Leadville, and took a hike up in the high country. On the way back we spent a couple nights in the Moab area and saw Arches and Canyonland National Parks.
Lots of driving but time for a couple "books on tape."
Nice to be home again to zucchini lasagna, stewed z, z bread, etc.
Emma leaves tomorrow for California - Chris and Ada, then Mike and Hannah, then Ben in LA (and maybe Katie?)
Great to have our Emma with us. Come again!
