Last week Jason, Ann, Steven and Amanda made the long drive over from SLC and Mike and Mathilda (Hannah was starting her new job at the Berkely ER) drove up from Salamando to hang out with Ada and me and check out the return of spawning Chinook (king) salmon to the Shasta river. There are about 30,000 in the river- the largest return since 1963.

Thanks for having us up C&A. The salmon were really cool and Mathilda loved seeing her cousins.
