Rhubarb Custard Pie

Beat slightly 3 eggs
Add 3 Tbs milk
Mix and stir in:
2 Cups sugar
1/4 Cup flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix in 4 Cups rhubarb

Pour into pastry-lined pie pan (9")
Dot with 1 Tbs butter

Cover with lattice crust top
Bake at 400 F for 50 to 60 minutes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
