We made these barbeque prawns with thai marinade for christmas lunch, it was a lot of fun and they were great. Recipe was from Jamie Oliver.

The shells were cooked to a crisp so we didnt have to peel them.

Man that looks good! I regret that we live so far from the coast and can't get fresh head-on prawns. Think this recipe would work with crawdads? Maybe not for the shell crunching, but for sure the head and claw sucking. Nicely done!
