Rhubarb Custard Pie

This is Jason's favorite, I think!
Pastry for two crusts
Filling:
Beat 3 eggs lightly.
Add 3 Tablespoons milk.
Mix and stir in:
2 Cups sugar
1/4 Cup flour
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix in:
4 Cups cut up rhubarb.
Pour into patry lined pie pan.
Dot with 1 Tablespoon butter.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 400 C for 50-60 minutes
