Christmas in SLC 2015

It was a wonderful Celebration. It started with about a foot of snow over the previous few days, Mike Hannah, Mathilda and Winston came early to help prepare and have fun in the snow, and Christmas Eve day Jon, Carrie, Jordan and Andy drove in! What an unexpected surprise. Of course, Mike and Hanna knew they were coming! Carrie (in typical Lee fashion) brought lots of extra food, having worked out with Hannah what the menu was for Christmas Eve. At one point we had planned on 11 for dinner - we ended up with 22 including Michaela with friends, Dee, Laura's parents, etc. Everyone was well fed and happy! Everyone pitched in with the fixings.
Christmas day was exciting with presents for the kids under the tree, followed by cookies and egg nog, then a big afternoon dinner. Jason, Ann, Steven and Amanda joined us for the day. After Christmas we all joined Jason and Ann and Dave and Laura at their houses for dinners.
The snow continued off and on and the sledding was great, both down our yard, through the gate to the back fence, and later down the hill at the park all the way down to 11th. Ave.
