Hey there everybody,
I think we should snap up the babcocks.com domain name. Does this cost anything Mike? Anyone have other suggestions for a website name?

Unfortunately, the babcocks.com is taken. You can go to http://www.register.com to look for other available domain names. I like
http://www.babcockbunch.com

Registering a name only costs $8 a year so if we decide on a good one I'll go ahead and hook it up.

I like the babcockbunch too. Is there any babcockposse, babcockraveninghorde, or babcockflock?

I kind of think the simple "babcocks" will stand the test of time, tho babcock-a-hoop has a sort of exuberant ring to it.....

Well I am about to transfer the family website from my home computer to a professional server so we have uninterrupted service while I move to California. These deals usually come with a domain name.

All the good domain names seem to be taken so I think that I will register one of these.

http://www.babcox.org

or

http://www.babcoq.com
:chocobo2:

I was thinking something simple that would be easy to remember.
What do you think.

okay the website is now located at

http://www.babcox.org

i screwed up the attachments in the transfer and i tried to replace them with the appropriate pictures. I still have to fix a few more. Everything should be working fine but if you run into problems just e-mail me and I'll try to figure it out.

I typed in
http://www.babcocks.org
by mistake and i got these guys.

They look like relatives.

I tired to check the site earlier to day and it wasn't working, I figured that you might be changing it over mike.....
While I was doing a check on babcox on the web, I found that there is a pretty big company that runs by this name. I figure we can probably sell them the domain name in a couple of years for a tidy amount......

Any way... Good luck with the move Mike, and congratulations on scoring a great job. You are a legend.
