Pacific Crest trail hike

Post by ada »

My sister Kay and I went for a 5 day, 4 night hike around the Pacific Crest Trail in the Marble Mountain Wilderness (1.5 hours from Grenada). Chris dropped us off on Tues 13th and on Friday, he hiked into our last camp site, bringing dinner and wine, stay with us that night and then went out with us the next morning. We had a really great time.

Looks like fun.

My boss is a ultra marathon runner and she is gonna join this guy for a 100 mile run along the Pacific Crest trail this weekend.

He is trying to break the record for fastest time doing the whole trail from Canada to Mexico.

Your hike looks so awesome! I am really excited to get into hiking here and this has me motivated! Ben's family have a cabin in Big Bear where the Pacific Crest trail passes through so I want to head out there and check it out.
