So, on the way out on sunday morning the trailer hit a stump and we bent the axle, the trailer was stuffed, have a look at the axle! after several trips up and down the beach we got it back to town where we could leave it to be fixed. It added about 8 hours onto our trip and we got back to Brisbane around 11! I need to learn to steer better.

- Its lucky the axle turned out to be pipe rather than solid bar otherwise we probably would have left half the trailer on the beach! At least we got a better axle out of the deal.
