We are having Christmas this year with Chris and Ada at the Nature Concervancy ranch near Granada, California, just north of Mt. Shasta. Ada's mom, Margaret Fogg, is here, too. It was raining when we arrived but since then it has been cold and cloudy with a few snow showers. We have cut a tree, trimmed it, toured the ranch with its lake and Shasta River. been to Yreka (7 miles away) for lunch and shopping. Today we opened stockings and presents, drank egg nog, ate cookies, a sausage (thanks, Jon) and egg breakfast, started on the second puzzle, started quilting, trained Russ on the computer some!, and now the turkey is almost done. A wonderful day!
We hope all of you have had a very good day, too. And a good year ahead of you!
