Thanksgiving in Salt Lake City
We had a very good Thanksgiving with all the trimmings, and no football! Jason, Ann and the kids, Michaela, Deirdre, and Hunter Jacobson (Grand nephew from Santa Rosa now at the U.) Dave was in Indy and then South Carolina with Laura's family.

- Steven impressed by an awesome 20 pound turkey (guarenteed plenty of left-overs.)

- Waldorf salad and NZ wine! Amanda couldn't wait to dig in!

- Afterward, a little television before retiring!

A few from our Thanksgiving with the Westmorelands. This is what we get for having a house half way between Modesto, San Rafeal, and Benicia. It was great fun and every brought good food.

- I delimbed the bird to bake. This was from a cooks illustrated recipe... I guess it makes for even cooking of all regions. It turned out pretty good.
