New Skatepark in Carnation, WA

Post by Michael »

This last weekend I made it out to the new skatepark in Carnation, Washington. Carnation is a small town located in the woods about 30 minutes outside of Seattle. For a small town they really have a world class park.

It is about 8-9 feet in the deep and the highlight is the clamshell/oververt pocket.

By the end of the day I was grinding the coping at the top of the oververt pocket. A local skater snapped this picture of me.

Hey Katie,

Nice avatar! Looks like fun. I'd really like to get into surfing. Maybe when i move to California I'll be able to learn. I hear that the water in Cali is really cold. How is it in western Australia?
