Pre wedding build-up

Sorry it has taken sooo long to get some of these photos posted. I think it was the fact there are about 800 images to choose from that span the time from early march when the first visitors arrived to near the end of April. All in all it was a great time though definitely exhausting!

I am breaking this up into a few sections so they dont all get too long. This is the first installment.....

Sarah pulled out all stops to welcome Danny to Australia, she had to get VB because it is a classic okker beer, not sure what Danny made of that! Danny is a super guy, we had really been anticipating his arrival and feel really lucky we were able to spend some time getting to know him a bit better. We had a bbq that night with prawns and moreton bay bugs. quite a night!

soon after Danny arrived mom and dad landed and we migrated up to Buderim. They say the trip wasnt too bad and they were certainly in fine form when they arrived.

Easter was taking on a hindu theme with mini egg stickers being used as bindis!

M&D brought a bunch of egg coloring stuff so we got really stuck into it but had to use the marbling dye as paint since you can only get brown eggs here! Danny was a quick learner.

Carrie was having a great time, we had just been checking out a koala. Surfers in the background. ONe of them was probably Tony Abbott, recent ex PM. He nearly ran us over on the the walk back.

there was quite a gang on the walk, mainly from the USA! This was a quite amazing turn out and they were a great bunch to hang out with.
